The Leak Inspection System, developed by IDK company, an expert with 50 years’ experience of pharmaceuticals, evolves constantly. In addition to detecting the peak value, the Digital Total current measurement system is used in order to stabilize detect the signal for rejects.

This system incorporates both the circuit for the upper and lower limits of the digital total current measurement system and the circuit for the upper and lower limits for the conventional peak value detection. It is possible to choose either of the two or both circuits depending on the needs. High accuracy and high processing speed achieved with the implementation of latest technology.
Various operations such as parameter setting, checking of production and inspection data, and maintenance can be done by a simple operation on the touch panel.
